  Horribly rude and abrupt. Called for convertible top repair. Had an invoice from that location from 8 years ago for that service. Said they never do convertible repairs. Called me a liar. Aggressive and bad tempered with me on the phone. Wasn't looking for warranty work or anything, just a minor repair on my top. Never, ever will I deal with them.
