  We couldn't be happier to have chosen Sarah as our Real Estate agent! Working with Sarah Donnelly at Remax exceeded all of our expectations. As a first time homebuyer, my fiancé & I were not familiar with the terminology or how the process worked. Right away, Sarah was incredibly friendly and took time to sit down with us to determine what would be a good fit for us. She even recommended a Mortgage Broker in the area (Chelsea Bedard) which we ended up using and greatly appreciated.
  
  Sarah Donnelly was willing to meet with us late in the evening and on such short notice, which we really appreciated. She was friendly, genuine and caring to our needs and put all our stresses at ease. She was able to make an appointment to view our home the day it went on the market and get all the papers in for the offer that night. I truly believe Sarah's expertise helped tremendously in our offer getting accepted and were so excited to be able to move into our first home in a couple of months!
