  Great experience all around. I've been twice to this shop now and both times I felt like a valued customer and was treated with respect. I will say that I was a bit nervous walking in, as I never know with a new garage if I'm going to get ripped off. I don't think Pat or Laura have a dishonest bone in their bodies.
  
  Pat was straight with me from the very beginning and the bill was less than I expected. Laura is very friendly and again, makes you feel like more than just another customer from the minute you meet her.
  
  I found a new home for my car.
